Orders within the United States are shipped Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Priority Mail has a delivery time of 1-3 business days. Please refer to our Shipping & Handling Chart below for Priority Mail Shipment cost. Most orders ship Same or Next Day ~ Monday - Friday. Please allow up to 8 business days to receive your order. If we are out of stock of an item, the delivery time may be extended. We will send a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped.

International orders are shipped USPS Global Priority Mail, which has an estimated delivery time of 5-10 days. There is a minimum $20.00 additional shipping charge for all international orders. Orders exceeding 4LBs will incur additional postage charges.

Your order will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared our bank. We receive e-mail notification of your order, and will hold your item(s) up to 10 days of order date. After that time, your order will be deleted from our system.

Return Policy: Please Note ~ All sales are final on Clearance Items ~ Sale Items may be returned or exchanged.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

Refunds will be issued less shipping charges. The item(s) has to be in its original condition at the time it was shipped. Worn or used items cannot be returned ~ this includes pet hair, make-up, etc.

The item(s) has to be returned prepaid within 15 business days of your receipt.

• If you receive the wrong item, or an item that is defective, we will replace it at no charge to you.

• Please include a copy of your original invoice, with the reason for the return.

• Exchanges - The easiest way to exchange and item is to place another order at www.mytiesarongs.com for the item(s) you would like, and send the original item(s) back as a return.

• Make sure the package is securely wrapped.

My Ties is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Our Embroidered/Sequin and Hand-Beaded Sarong Sets are considered "Special Occasion," and must be returned (Post marked) within 5 business days of your receipt.

A $10.00 re-stocking/processing fee will be assessed, as well as shipping charges.

If, after receipt and inspection by My Ties of your returned "Special Occasion" Set, it is determined that it is not in its' original shipped condition, and/or has been worn, your set will be returned, at your cost, and no refund will be issued.

Refused / Unclaimed Orders:
A 20% restocking/processing fee will be assessed for orders that are refused, or returned as unclaimed by the U.S. Postal Service. Applicable shipping & handling fees will also be charged.

Orders Not Received: Claims for orders not received, must be submitted to us via e-mail within 30 days of order date. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order.
